Position: Document Prep, Scanning & Data Entry Clerks

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

A reputable local company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for Document Preparation, Scanning, and Data Entry roles. Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Pass Level 2 (Fingerprint) background check, drug screen, and credit check
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Kodak scanner and OnBase experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation:

• Remove bindings, repair pages, insert cover sheets
• Sort, classify, and count documents
• Prepare files for scanning with high accuracy

Document Scanning:

• Scan records into electronic format
• Ensure image quality and proper file naming
• Operate scanning equipment efficiently

Data Entry:

• Enter and verify data from source documents
• Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure accuracy through cross-referencing
