Sarasota, FL | On‑Site | Full‑Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
CCG is currently looking for a Transfer Clerk to join our CGC Comics division in our Sarasota, FL offices.
In this role, you will support the conservation workflow by tracking, organizing, reconciling, and transferring comic book submissions throughout the CCS process, ensuring every collectible is accurately accounted for and prepared for the next stage of the production process.

WhatYou Will Do As a Transfer Clerk
- Reconcile comic book submissions by gathering and consolidating all collectibles associated with a customer invoice after conservation services are completed.
- Track and scan comics and invoices through company inventory systems to ensure accurate status updates and chain‑of‑custody records.
- Sort, organize, and maintain submissions in designated storage locations while awaiting completion of all services.
- Verify that comics, invoices, and labels match correctly before orders move to the next production stage.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by researching submission and tracking information within company systems.
- Package completed submissions and prepare them for transfer to the next production process.
- Handle customer collectibles with care while maintaining quality, security, and workflow standards.
The Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, fulfillment, records management, receiving, order processing, or similar environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory‑tracking systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and move throughout the work area regularly.
- Dependable team player with a willingness to learn and follow specialized processing procedures.
- Starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM schedule
