Provide professional, timely, and responsive support to customers regarding warranty claims while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Process Service and Full Maintenance invoices accurately and efficiently, assist with Service billing as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Full Maintenance equipment records.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Process warranty claims
- Document, track, and review warranty claim resolutions
- Identify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturer
- Assist Senior Billing Coordinator with various tasks
- Process billing for Service and Full Maintenance
- Maintain Full Maintenance Truck files for accuracy and efficiencies
- Assist with Fleet stats Billing and Uploading
- Track, review and follow up on WIP for Warranty
- Assist with Info Link Billing
- Create and process purchase orders
- Assist with Month-End Tasks and Reports.
- Review accounts-receivable ledger on a continuous basis to assure prompt payment of claims.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding warranty requirements of each manufacturer. Report any changes to management in a timely manner.
- Additional duties as needed at the discretion of the manager.
