Automotive Sales Manager DutiesAs an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our dealership's team of sales associates to maximize sales and customer loyalty
. We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong team-building and motivational skills who can lead people by example and through coaching to be the best they can be.
Your specific duties will include:
- Recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales representatives to maximize sales volume and customer care
- Working with General Manager on setting sales targets for the team
- Monitoring the work of the team and keeping them motivated to meet their sales targets
- Promote professionalism in your work, with clients, and within your sales team
- Oversee and approve pricing on deals, including valuing trade‑ins
- Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and ensuring first‑rate customer service from the team
- Handle customer complaints or concerns as needed
