As an Automotive Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and fix a variety of vehicles for our guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here are the qualifications we seek:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Master-level ASE certifications and a commitment to staying current with automotive technology.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

To thrive in this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
