Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Kingsland, GA area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers must deliver timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. They also drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on necessary repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position.
