We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Mount Dora, FL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers' vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customers' tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis's Alignment Technicians also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Preferred:
  State inspection license.
• Physical demands: require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and performing repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
