As a Lube Technician, you'll help keep our customers' vehicles running at their best by performing routine maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate tires and check tire pressure.
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids.
• Replace air and cabin filters as needed.
• Perform multi‑point vehicle inspections.
• Communicate maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain accurate repair order documentation.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Properly care for dealership tools and equipment.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety and quality standards.
• Deliver efficient, high‑quality service while exceeding customer expectations.

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically active environment.
