• Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate estimates and explain necessary repairs or maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely, quality work
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process
• Manage service documentation and maintain organized records
• Upsell recommended services and products when appropriate
• Ensure customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to understand basic automotive technology and service procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in using computer software and dealership management systems
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or related roles preferred
