We are looking for an
Automotive Painter / Refinish Technician
who takes pride in their work, values a clean process, and wants to be part of a well-run, team-focused shop.

This role is responsible for
final refinish quality
, efficiency, and consistency. You’ll work in a structured production environment with proper repair planning, clean files, and strong support from the front office and management.

• Perform high-quality refinish work following OEM and paint manufacturer procedures
• Prep, mask, prime, block, and paint vehicles to shop standards
• Blend and color-match accurately and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized paint booth and prep area
• Follow all safety, environmental, and material-handling procedures
• Communicate with production and management on workflow and needs
• Take pride in final delivery quality

• Prior experience as an automotive painter / refinish technician
• Strong understanding of paint processes, materials, and equipment
• Ability to maintain quality under production volume
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Team-oriented mindset and professionalism

I-CAR training and OEM experience valued

Paint manufacturer training (Axalta, PPG, BASF, etc.) a plus

• Consistent, high-quality finishes
• Minimal rework or comebacks
