• Manage the complete lifecycle of data-centric products from conception to delivery

• Analyze user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Monitor product performance and implement data-driven optimizations

• 10+ years of experience in IT Business Systems Analysis or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Data Product Manager
• Strong background in data platform development and management
• Experience with enterprise data strategy and governance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience with product discovery methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Energy/utility industry experience preferred
