Lifestyle Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifestyle Director to join our vibrant 55+ community in Parrish, Florida. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging, resort-style experiences that foster a strong sense of community and enhance the quality of life for our residents.

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of social, recreational, and educational activities tailored to the interests of a 55+ community.
• Collaborate closely with the HOA and community management to ensure events align with community standards and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality lifestyle programs.
• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and service providers to enhance community events.
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment that reflects the resort-style living experience.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in lifestyle programming, particularly within Del Webb and similar 55+ communities.

• Proven experience as a Lifestyle Director or similar role within a 55+ property, preferably in Del Webb or resort-style communities.
• Strong understanding of HOA operations and community dynamics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing community engagement and resident satisfaction.
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
