Job DescriptionPro Sidian Seeks a Financial Analyst (SCA Code: N/A) in CONUS/OCONUS - Miami, FL to support an engagement for a unified combatant command of the U.S. Department of Defense. It is responsible for contingency planning, operations, and security cooperation in the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) which includes South America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
The Pro Sidian Engagement Team Members work to provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SharePoint Administrator, Procurement Analyst services, and Financial Analyst services. The Contractor shall support accountability of the USSOUTHCOM contract requirements for the Procurement Operations Cell to a level of accuracy that is financially auditable, and reporting. Provide SharePoint Administrator shall provide administrative services to the SCJ8 Directorate SharePoint website pages.
Provide accountability and data entry support to the Procurement Operations database to maintain 100% accountability of USSOUTHCOM contracts/procurement information in support auditing purposes.
This is a Key Personnel addition to the project. Financial Analyst Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and provide support to account for USSOUTHCOM contract requirements, and record 100% of USSOUTHCOM contract, inter- agency agreement, and procurement actions within the Procurement Operations Contract Management database system. Assist in performing cost formulation work involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year procurement estimates for assigned organizations/programs into a consolidated reports.
Prepare reports, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, as requested by Procurement Operations Lead. These include, but are not limited to, data summary for Inventory of Contracts, FY Service Contracts for Service Requirements Review Board data call, and Advisory Assistance Data Call Report IAW Procurement Operations SOP.
Conduct analyses, reviews, and special studies of cost and/or related information. Identify ways to improve efficiency and accuracy of Procurement Operations data processes using local web centric applications.
Shall be proficient in Microsoft Excel®, Wide Area Work Flow, GEFES, SPS, AXOL and other standard Department of Defense (DoD)/DSCA/Army financial tools, as well as have familiarity with Microsoft Word® and Power Point®. Prepare reports and perform other miscellaneous technical tasks in support of Procurement Operations analysis function(s).
QualificationsThe Financial Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
