Process Documentation Analyst (Land Services)
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Remote considered, frequent travel)
Duration: Contract
OverviewOur client, a leading organization in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Process Documentation Analyst to support large-scale transmission projects. This role will focus on documenting and standardizing land-related workflows and partnering with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Document and standardize land acquisition workflows into clear SOPs
- Partner with Land, Legal, Title, and Contracts teams to capture processes
- Translate complex workflows into user‑friendly documentation
- Present and walk teams through SOPs to ensure adoption
- Support review and preparation of land agreements (easements, options, etc.)
- Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- 5+ years in process documentation, operations, land services, or related field
- Experience creating SOPs and working cross‑functionally
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with land acquisition or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with land agreements or title documentation
- Salesforce or similar systems experience
