We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Bid Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to supporting successful bid execution. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school; or a minimum of two years related work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to read and write general business correspondence.
• Ability to analyze and interpret reports, technical procedures, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, or public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, material margins and volume, area, circumference and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form and solve problems involving several concrete variables.

• Partner with Outside Sales personnel within assigned region to manage daily bids and annual contract renewals.
• Assist the Regional Municipal Sales Manager with bid analysis, quick quotes, and pricing.
• Track and report successful and unsuccessful bid outcomes for management review.
• Conduct weekly check-in meetings with the Regional Bid Coordinator to communicate bid and project deadlines.
• Monitor procurement platforms within assigned territory to identify new bid solicitations; share potential project details with Municipal Outside Sales Representatives.
• Monitor active bid projects for any date changes and/or addendums.
• Maintain a calendar of all bid due dates and renewals.
• Aid the Regional Bid Coordinator in gathering and submitting documents for one-time purchases, RFIs, and annual bids.
• Request and file bid tabulations.
• Post bid documents within shared project files.
• Act as secondary point of contact for customers within assigned region.
