Description
We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to guide and support the Neal Communities sales team. This position plays a key role in developing Sales Associates, managing sales activity across multiple communities, and ensuring strong performance against established targets and company objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING- Two (2) years of on-site new homesales management experience with Builder / Developer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, strong leadership, and relationship skills
- Must be well organized with strong planning abilities, good problem-solving, and strong negotiation skills
- General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners and telephones
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Some driving may be required
