Duration: 12-Month Contract (W2)

Pay Rate: $51.50 – $55.50/hr

Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join their team in Juno Beach, FL. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in project governance, stakeholder coordination, and data‑driven reporting. This role also requires demonstrated experience leveraging Power BI or equivalent BI tools for project tracking, and the ability to apply AI‑enabled tools to enhance reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and decision support.

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines, maintaining accountability across all work streams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and action items in a timely manner
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or comparable tools to provide clear visibility into project health, performance metrics, and milestones
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, meeting documentation, status tracking, and overall workflow efficiency
• Analyze project data and KPIs to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement
• Lead project governance and change management processes, maintaining clear communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programmes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent BI/reporting tools
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• PMP certification preferred
• Six Sigma certification preferred

• Strong command of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI governance principles, responsible AI use, privacy considerations, and human oversight in business workflows
• Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead change, adopt new technologies, and drive process improvement
