  • Drive cross‑functional execution with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners such as payment networks and digital wallet providers.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements and agile delivery plans.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, API‑driven, platform‑based solutions.
  • Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and manage product performance using OKRs, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
  • Support sales and client engagement through solution positioning, storytelling, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure all products comply with risk, compliance, and governance standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities (summary of formal functions):

  • Plan, promote, manage, and coordinate activities for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring synergy with related product line managers.
  • Document and socialize concepts for new products or line extensions to meet market needs.
  • Support development of new products through established product development processes.
  • Lead assessment of current products, pricing, and positioning to identify new opportunities and target markets.
  • Develop and present product profit‑and‑loss statements and business plans with market data, sales history, and projections.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual product line update reports.
  • Initiate continuous process improvement to maximize opportunities for change.
  • Develop clear pricing strategies, discount structures, and guidelines for all sales channels.
  • Lead volume forecasts based on historical trends, business plans, and pricing strategy impacts.
  • Prioritize development and promotional projects for the product line and partner with sales partners.
  • Support sales through joint calls to key clients, trade show support, and conference calls.
  • Maintain awareness of competition and market forces affecting the product line through networking and research.
  • Act as a mentor or team lead to junior product managers, associates, and analysts.
  • Adhere to and follow all applicable policies, procedures, and risk escalation protocols.
  • Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting, focusing on strategic planning, product management, sales force effectiveness, and industry analysis.

    • Broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
    • Strong leadership, management, and marketing abilities.
    • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of payment systems and practices.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
