Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Product Manager II to lead the evolution of our commercial card capabilities within Enterprise Payments. The role involves managing the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development through commercialization and ongoing performance—focusing on secure, scalable payment solutions and enhanced customer experience. The Product Manager drives digital‑first initiatives such as tokenization, mobile and virtual card capabilities, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams in technology, operations, risk, compliance, and sales.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Define and execute a multi‑year product strategy covering tokenization, mobile virtual cards, and mobile app capabilities.
- Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management: business case development, prioritization, development, launch, and commercialization.
- Drive cross‑functional execution with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners such as payment networks and digital wallet providers.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements and agile delivery plans.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, API‑driven, platform‑based solutions.
- Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and manage product performance using OKRs, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
- Support sales and client engagement through solution positioning, storytelling, and executive presentations.
- Ensure all products comply with risk, compliance, and governance standards.
Essential duties and responsibilities (summary of formal functions):
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services or consulting, focusing on strategic planning, product management, sales force effectiveness, and industry analysis.
- Strong product‑management, design, and development skills.
- Broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
- Strong leadership, management, and marketing abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of payment systems and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Master’s degree in business administration.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) certification.
- Creative problem‑solving, marketing, and research skills.
- Ability to create strong strategic plans and business cases for new opportunities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information for effective communication.
