Job Responsibilities
* Oversee the financial aspects of specific task orders, ensuring timely execution and adherence to contractual agreements.
* Organize and coordinate project planning to meet performance goals.
* Maintain financial tracking systems, ensuring cost controls align with program objectives.
* Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of spend plans, partnering with subcontractors to forecast budget requirements and build detailed financial projections.
* Analyze and evaluate budget allocations, expenditures, and financial forecasts to optimize project performance.
* Provide guidance on financial risk management and mitigation strategies to improve cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
* Prepare and present cost analyses, reports, and recommendations to management.
