STS Technical Services is hiring Project Coordinators in Melbourne, Florida.
STS Technical Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to support facility operations in Melbourne, Florida. This role is responsible for coordinating facility-related services, vendors, documentation, and operational support activities while helping drive efficient execution across multiple ongoing projects.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate facility services including janitorial, landscaping, transportation, and food service operations
- Ensure facility services meet business requirements and quality standards
- Maintain documentation and vendor compliance records, including access control coordination
- Partner with Procurement teams on supplier specifications and vendor bidding activities
- Promote a safe and high-quality work environment
- Track KPIs and support budgeting and long-term planning initiatives
- Identify CAPEX and OPEX needs related to facility assets
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors
- Coordinate transportation services including shuttle, taxi, VIP, and on-demand requests
- Oversee food service operations including dining and catering with a focus on quality and safety
- Support document management activities and external service providers
- Coordinate waste, recycling, and surplus material processes
- Assist with auction coordination for obsolete assets
- Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate office services including pantry, parking, pest control, and laundry support
- Support vendor payment processing, utilities coordination, and financial tracking activities
- BA/BS degree in a business-related field preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors including maintenance, janitorial, and food service providers
- Experience supporting contracts and vendor performance tracking
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, time management, and detail‑oriented skills
