Product Strategy Manager - AP

Position Summary

Responsible for developing product strategy and overall product experience for high impact products. Drives vision and identifies functionality requirements needed to excel in a competitive marketplace. Contact Center experience is required for candidates to be considered.

• Develop and execute product strategy for high impact opportunities; drive product vision, roadmap, and features; stay updated on business changes, trends, benchmarking, and BI technology trends.
• Manage overall customer experience, addressing technical, functional, process, and policy considerations; creatively define and implement solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with officers and key business partners to assist in marketing strategy development and improve product line efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support monetization and deployment of product strategy based on benchmarking, customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends for new and existing products and services.
• Work with stakeholders to create strategic and tactical plans to address inhibitors to product performance.
• Evaluate product launch post‑deployment and oversee plan corrections.
• Respond to escalations based on feedback from key stakeholders.
• Conduct partnership meetings with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Client Experience.
• Monitor compliance environment and recommend product implementations for regulation.
• May manage direct reports based on product lines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience (Preferred).
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of experience in Management.
• 5 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management.
• Genesys software experience (Preferred).

Base pay range: $98,600 - $154,942 annually. Total compensation may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience.
