Program Analyst
As a Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client’s strategy.
You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers.

- 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience with project management on technical projects
- Experience creating project management plans
- Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives
- Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management
- Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
- Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations
- Experience with telecommunications project management
- Knowledge of project financials
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process
- Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
Work Model- Remote:
If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. - Hybrid:
If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. - Onsite:
If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
