• Own and manage multiple cross‑functional programs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive program execution
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep programs on schedule

• Serve as the primary liaison across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables
• Prepare clear program updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and executive meetings
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive decision‑making and alignment

• Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and execution quality across programs
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking related to assigned programs

• Coordinate key initiatives, events, or strategic projects as required
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives and special projects that contribute to broader organizational goals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in program management, operations, business, or a related field

Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently assess complex situations, identify root causes, and deliver pragmatic, scalable solutions

Highly proactive self‑starter who takes end‑to‑end ownership of programs, drives initiatives forward, and remains effective in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments

Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented, with a disciplined approach to planning, tracking, and execution across multiple work streams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across diverse internal teams and external partners

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with the agility to quickly adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working

Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with stakeholders across regions
