Location: Tallahassee
The Project Performance Consultant serves as a business process owner within Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program, supporting operational activities, strategic initiatives, and process improvements in the Case and Order Establishment process. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, draft policies and procedures, and lead meetings in support of customer experience and operational objectives.
Keyqualifications:
- Two years of experience researching, collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data
- Two years of work experience creating and presenting process flows, reports, or recommendations for process improvements
- Two years of work experience understanding and providing guidance on rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Two years of experience leading teams and/or coordinating projects with deadlines
- Prior experience working within a Title IV-D child support program (preferred)
