About

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, customer‑focused, and analytical Manager of Product Management to lead the development and evolution of Lightspeed Voice’s product suite. This role drives product vision, roadmap execution, cross‑functional alignment, and innovation across our communication, cybersecurity, and IT service platforms.

The ideal candidate blends business strategy, user empathy, and technical understanding. They excel at transforming insights into clear product direction and leading teams through complex product life cycles from ideation through launch and optimization.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and champion the product vision, long‑term strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI, automation, and integrations) to inform innovation and product direction.
Roadmap Ownership & Execution
  • Build, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap across departments.
  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Drive end‑to‑product development—from ideation and requirements through launch, iteration, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate industry trends and roadmaps - driving AI development and API integrations.
  • Provide forecast and revenue/margin models on projected product rollout and partnerships
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Software Development, QA, Support, Sales, and Operations to deliver high‑quality products and releases.
  • Ensure alignment across teams through clear documentation, timelines, and communication.
  • Partner closely with QA and engineering to define acceptance criteria, validate features, and ensure product quality.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, internal teams, and analytics tools.
  • Translate user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Serve as the product evangelist, presenting updates, roadmaps, and insights to executives and customers.
Product Performance & Optimization
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, usage metrics, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights, experiments, and iteration.
  • Guides go‑to‑market planning, release communications, training materials, and internal enablement.
  • Mentor and develop Project Owners, QA analysts, or Associate PMs.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support capacity planning, prioritization, and resource allocation within the Product organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Product Management or related experience (Product Owner, Business Analyst, or PMO with product-facing responsibilities).
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver meaningful product outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, QA, sales, and support teams.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product Management Certification (AIPMM CPM, Pragmatic, CSPO, etc.).
  • Experience in SaaS, VoIP, IT, cybersecurity, or technology-driven environments.
  • Understanding of APIs, user flows, wireframes, and technical release cycles.
