Growth Signals is seeking a strategic operations leader to partner with the CEO, owning GTM operations and the business rhythm. You will drive the weekly leadership cadence, prepare executive materials, and ensure alignment across leadership initiatives to accelerate growth.
You will lead deal desk, pipeline management, forecasting inputs, and GTM reporting, while coordinating cross-functional efforts across Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Customer teams.
