✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, FL ✨
We are located on a beautiful 49-acre ranch‑style campus where we provide services and care for at‑risk boys ages 10‑17. We have daily visitors such as turkeys, deer and even wild peacocks. We also have two lakes stocked with fish for both kids & staff to enjoy whenever possible.
As a Group Supervisor you’ll provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for the youth in our program and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. Ensures staff and students adheres to the facility and daily schedule, ensures that the facility (unit, cottage, house, room, dorm, etc.) is on time for all elements and the students participate in all of the scheduled activities.
Operates assigned shifts effectively and efficiently while maintaining the proper staff to student ratio for coverage according to licensing standards.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma.
- Internal applicants must possess 1‑year Direct Care experience. Must have completed Initial Qualifications Training as well as Operations, Treatment and Human Resources Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position. External candidates must have 1‑year prior experience with at‑risk youth.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and TB.

SCHEDULE: 7 pm to 8 am. Thursday to Saturday one week then Wednesday to Saturday the next week. 84 hours bi‑weekly.
