Our facility is in a small yet thriving community with a friendly atmosphere and rich history.

Pay: $19.00/hour with annual performance‑based compensation reviews (2%, 4%, or 6%).

Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 sign‑on, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year.

You will provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for youth in our program, creating a supportive environment. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 40 hours of college education or one year of experience working with youth in organized group activities.

B Shift – Wednesday 4 PM–10 PM, Thursday 8 AM–10 PM (2‑hr break)
