Night Youth Care Worker

Job Overview

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Night Youth Care Worker at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL. The role involves ensuring safety and providing a supportive, around‑the‑clock environment for youth in our program, monitoring and documenting behaviors, and participating in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities to support each student's treatment plan.

• Provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for youth.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate in and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet each student’s treatment plan goals.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education, or one year of experience working with youth in organized group activities.

• $19.00/hour with annual performance‑based compensation reviews (2%, 4%, or 6%).
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus: $500 after 6 months and $500 after 1 year.

B Shift – Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
