Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Part Time On Call Youth Care Worker at Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, Florida
.

Our campus spans 49 acres, a ranch‑style environment where we provide services and care for at‑risk boys ages 12‑18. We offer daily outdoor experiences with turkeys, deer, wild peacocks and two lakes stocked with fish for kids and staff.

Position pays $19 per hour to start.

• Provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision of at‑risk youth.
• Meet physical, personal, and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development.
• Create a supportive atmosphere for students.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Provide active supervision at all times to youth in our care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
• Empathetic, patient, treats others with respect.
• Desire to work with troubled teens.
• Previous work with youth preferred; no prior experience required.

Excellent training will be provided.
