Nannies Who Care is hiring reliable, experienced sitters seeking flexible shifts with great families. Choose shifts that fit your schedule – we find the work for you. Opportunities include backup care, weddings & group childcare events, date nights, and summer childcare in safe homes. Pay starts at $16/hour for one child with bonuses often bringing rates to $24–$28.50/hour. We guarantee a 4‑hour minimum and pay for same‑day cancellations.

- Valid
- CPR/First Aid certification (after interview)
- Background and driving check
- Must be able to conduct an interview in English
- Age 18+
- Toddler, preschool‑age, and school‑age experience
- Own car
