Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, guidance and supervision for about 8–13 students, and support routines, activities and devotions.
The role begins on a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed home with the same students. Responsibilities include supervising daily life, managing schedules, transporting students to activities, and ensuring wellness.
