Full-Time

1–2+ Years Formal Childcare Experience Required

Florida DCF 45-Hour Training Certificate Required

Applicants must have

Minimum 1–2 years of formal childcare experience
Florida DCF 45-hour training certificate completed
High school diploma or GED
Ability to meet all applicable Florida childcare licensing requirements
A genuine passion for working with young children
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What You'll Do

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through hands‑on, play-based learning
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Keep children engaged through creativity, music, movement, exploration, and play
Communicate regularly with families about their child's experiences, milestones, and accomplishments
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
Follow all applicable Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements
Work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide exceptional care and education

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
CDA or other early childhood education credentials
Additional professional development or certifications in early childhood education
Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
