Construction Project Manager - Multi-Family Projects

Overview

Highly Recognized Multi-Family General Contractor is looking to bring on a Project Manager. This role offers large bonuses, best-in-class benefits, and work flexibility. Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year. The role is hosted by Jobot.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multi-family construction projects from ground up.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction management.
• Extensive experience with ground-up multi-family projects.
• Existing experience building ground-up multi-family construction in the state of Florida.
