A well-established, award-winning general contractor with decades of success in Southwest Florida is expanding to the East Coast. Recognized as one of the top contractors in the region, the company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and long-standing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their growth and play a key role in delivering ground-up luxury commercial projects.

Should have experience in projects valued $30M and higher. Prefer experience in ground-up building: hospitality, restaurant, or mixed-use.

• Manage projects start-to-finish, ensuring safety, schedule & budget
• Lead subcontractors & project teams with strong communication & accountability
• Oversee schedules (MS Project or P6) and review documents in Bluebeam
• Drive successful outcomes while building lasting client relationships

• 5–7+ years managing luxury commercial ground-up projects (Amenities Hospitality etc)
• Strong knowledge of scheduling & construction management tools
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects $15M+
• Leadership skills with ability to grow with the company

Compensation: Base salary $120K–$130K plus a highly competitive bonus structure paid both quarterly and annually.
