Responsibilities- Prepare Detailed Estimates:
Develop precise cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment from the schematic design phase to final completion. - Manage the Bid Process:
Coordinate with subcontractors, gather quotes, and ensure each project scope is fully addressed. - Collaborate with Project Teams:
Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to align budgets and timelines, ensuring a smooth transition once bids are won. - Value Engineering:
Identify cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality or Stellar’s commitment to going the extra mile for clients. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and clarifications for transparency and future reference.
