Commercial Job Site Superintendent – Lead High‑Stakes Branded Hotel Remodels Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary on‑site leader, taking full ownership of a branded hotel remodel from mobilization through final brand inspection. This role grants you the autonomy to drive execution and the responsibility to maintain the high standards of trust and quality that RCL Development Inc. is known for.

  • Developed comprehensive daily logs and progress reports using Buildertrend to provide full transparency to ownership and project managers.
  • Facilitated professional communication between architects, design teams, and brand representatives to ensure design intent is achieved.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Lead Superintendent in the commercial construction sector.
  • Proven expertise in reading and interpreting complex commercial drawings, specifications, and Florida building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously while maintaining strict production targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing construction management software, specifically Buildertrend or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for managing field documentation and client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Specific experience leading hospitality projects or branded hotel remodels.
  • Advanced knowledge of brand‑specific quality assurance (QA) walkthroughs and third‑party inspection processes.
