Role Description

The General Superintendent, Special Projects Division is a full‑time role. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day‑to‑day field operations for special projects, including scheduling, workforce management, quality control, and safety compliance. The role requires direct coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and on‑site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with company standards.

The General Superintendent will also be tasked with providing leadership, mentoring field staff, resolving project challenges on‑site, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in construction management, particularly overseeing plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC projects
  • Proven ability in team leadership, workforce coordination, and managing subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, quality control processes, and workplace safety standards
  • Proficiency in industry‑specific tools, and software.
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to address challenges swiftly on‑site
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Experience working on commercial and industrial projects.
