We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Islamorada, where you'll play a crucial role in building and restoring some of our most iconic features. If you thrive on hands-on construction, have an eye for detail, and aren't afraid of a good day's work, we want you!

You'll play a vital role in enhancing our property, from constructing sturdy decks and docks to performing essential restoration work. This is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in a unique and beautiful setting.

Deck & Dock Dynamo: Construct and assemble new decks, docks, railings, and gates, ensuring they're built to last against the Keys elements.

Restoration Rockstar: Perform crucial restoration work on existing decks and docks, breathing new life into our beloved structures.

Material Mover: Efficiently and safely lift and move heavy materials across our construction sites.

• Proven Construction Pro: You have demonstrated experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years of construction experience (Required).
• Strength & Stamina: You're capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding labor.
• Building Technique Boss: You're proficient in various building techniques, including masonry, welding, and installation.
• Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused: You have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
• Safety Savvy: You possess excellent knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
• Team Player: You have excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with others.
• Licensed & Ready: You hold a valid Driver's License (Required).

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
