HVAC Estimating Department Manager
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has an opening for an HVAC Estimating Department Manager. This individual will oversee a 15-person residential HVAC department. This candidate will need high acumen in Wright soft, Wrightdraw, Energy Calculations, and Residential Duct Design.
Responsibilities:- Oversee HVAC estimating team
- Receive and review blueprints from clients
- Prepare bids for new work
- Extensive personnel management and job duty assignment
- Task scheduling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements
- Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes
- Wright Soft Experience (required)
- Florida Energy Gauge Experience (required)
- Personnel management
