Location: Sarasota
CDM Smith is seeking a senior cost estimator to prepare detailed, discipline-specific cost estimates for U.S. federal construction programs.
You will use MII (MCACES II), RSMeans, and Success Estimator to develop estimates and supporting documentation. Analyze contractor proposals and change orders for FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon, and agency regulations; interpret drawings and specs to quantify costs; maintain cost models and databases; ensure estimates reflect compliant, constructible solutions.
