Job SummaryTimberman Roofing is looking to add a new team member! We’re seeking a full-time In‑House Permit Technician to join our team. This role helps keep roofing projects moving by staying organized and supporting the office with permit‑related tasks and paperwork. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and communicates well with our team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the office with in‑house permit tasks
- Help manage permit‑related paperwork and job documentation
- Assist with keeping files organized and up to date
- Communicate with the team as needed to help projects stay on track
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage paperwork
- Comfortable using a computer and phone for basic communication
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Pay depends on experience
Daytime hours, Monday thrugh Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
