Labor Finders - - Responsibilities:
Dig holes, padding ditches, and similar work in connection with construction and maintenance projects;
Help with setting poles by shoveling, piking, and filling anchor holes;
Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction;
Clear undergrowth from right-of-way using hand tools or saws and pile debris to clear a path;
Perform general cleanup of job sites following completion of work
