Role

The Associate Photographer is a talented and versatile team member responsible for media collection for  and  Equipped with a top‑of‑the‑line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and iPad, each photographer creates virtual tours, floor plans andounter photography for residential homes. Each photographer receives appointments for set dates and times to scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro 3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans, as well as residential photography for marketing purposes.

The role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team, and is managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets.

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
  • Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
  • When not working on a residential home, navigate a one‑mile square grid to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage.
Physical Requirements

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours per day, and lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop, operating camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary.'autant transformed and perfect.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Real‑estate photography experience required.
  • Professional photographer experience or recently earned degree in photography.
  • Experienced drone photographer with FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
  • Strong time‑management skills and strong detail orientation.
  • Capable of accurately capturing and entering data.
  • Excellent oral and written

    Rq communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
  • Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
Compensation

Hourly plus bonus‑eligible position. Bonuses paid on a monthly cycle based on performance against pre‑determined metrics. Pay amounts to $49,000–$50,000 annually with opportunity for monthly bonuses.
