The Video Producer will conceptualize, write, produce, and direct single to multi-cam shoots for Feld Entertainment projects, brand campaigns, PR, social, digital and broadcast specials, as well as other projects as assigned. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and production teams to deliver high-quality video content across long and short form formats. They have a portfolio of work that demonstrates advanced storytelling skillset, use of motion graphics and animations, and strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere.

The role works in partnership with senior producers and executives to pitch and develop concepts, assists with talent casting and preparation, coordinate internal and external resources, and contributes to the development and maintenance of detailed production schedules and budgets. In collaboration with FES’ Director of Photography, the Video Producer helps ensure creative and technical elements—including lighting, composition, audio and scheduling—are aligned with the overall creative direction.

The Video Producer also supports the coordination of edit and voice-over sessions. Additionally, they must manage associate producer schedules and work assignments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provides stylistic and editorial direction for event coverage, features, and story arc. Ideate, budget, script, and pitch concept ideas for all assigned projects.
  • Develop production timelines, shoot schedules, and ensure clear communication between show units and event operational staff. When assigned, supervise the on-location crew to ensure that appropriate footage is being acquired. As assigned, provide concept/creative direction, interview on-camera talent, and direct camera operators and crew. Ensure that production schedules are maintained, communicate changes to all necessary parties, and work with the Production Manager on logistics while ensuring projects remain within approved budget or seek overage approvals from senior leaders prior to incurring expenses.
  • Liaison with internal and external production managers to ensure all crew are hired based on budget and production needs. Manage and hire all crews in partnership with senior leaders. Ensure budgets are properly reviewed and approved by senior leaders. Ensure that all hired crews, casting agents, and directors are properly contracted; all required releases are obtained and signed; and all necessary permits are secured prior to the start of any shoots.
  • Schedule, attend, and run production meetings and cross-functional calls as assigned to ensure production logistics are properly communicated to all Feld business units.
  • Produce and rough cut assigned video projects. Make project selections as necessary and assigned.
  • Manage Associate Producer assignments, schedule, and overtime. Ensure proper feedback on assigned work is provided to ensure a clear path to career advancement within the company.
  • Coordinate with touring operations team regarding production schedules, production venue locations, camera locations, seat kill needs, walkthroughs, and costume/wardrobe needs.
  • Attend and direct talent voice-over sessions as needed.
  • Ensure all videos are produced in accordance with brand and company brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all production deadlines are met, scripts and rough cuts are approved by creative services executives and brand partners.
  • Learn, follow, and maintain established team processes and systems. Work with current project management system to ensure projects are continuously tracked.
  • Working with Production manager, ensure all vendor invoices are coded appropriately and paid in a timely manner.
  • Will manage direct reports.
Job Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree in Media Arts, Film or TV Production, Mass Communications, or equivalent broadcast, OTT network, or documentary experience with duties that included video/film production management.
  • 5-7 years of industry experience and familiarity with location-based shoots are required.
