FCC is a growing church with an average
attendance of approximately 90, seeking a Part-Time Worship Minister
who is called by God to lead our congregation in Christ-centered,
Spirit-led worship. Our church family is currently composed largely of
senior adults, but we have a strong and intentional vision to become a
multi-generational church, reaching and discipling people from
newborns to seniors. Our location uniquely places us between a senior
living community and a rapidly expanding area of young
families—providing a significant opportunity for meaningful ministry
across all ages. We are prayerfully seeking the individual whom the
Lord is calling to serve in this role. While this position is
currently part-time, we fully anticipate it growing into a full-time
ministry role in the future.

• Plan, coordinate, and lead worship services that are biblically grounded and Christ-centered
• Lead congregational singing with a heart for both excellence and authenticity
• Recruit, develop, and shepherd a team of volunteers (musicians, vocalists, sound team)
• Work closely with the pastor to align worship with sermon themes and overall service flow
• Oversee and coordinate all worship-related elements (music, media, transitions, etc.)
• Participate in church life and foster relationships within the congregation

This is a part-time position with a very competitive salary package
