Content Creator Internship; AI & Media Training

Worried about what happens after graduation?

You should be. Most college students will walk across that stage with a degree, a resume that looks like everyone else's, and no real skills that employers are actually paying for. The job market does not reward potential anymore. It rewards proof. This internship exists to give you that proof.

This is a structured, hands-on training program inside Elite Podcast Studio, Tampa Bay's premier podcast and content creation facility. It runs from now through the fall semester. Before classes start, you go full-time or part-time. Once college is back in session, you shift to part-time and we build your schedule around your classes. This is designed for a serious student who wants real experience without sacrificing their education.

What it is not designed for is someone looking to coast. This internship demands your full presence and full commitment for the hours you are here. That is the only way this works and the only way you walk away with everything this experience has to offer.

This is the single most important thing you can learn right now, and most of your peers are sleeping on it. AI is rewriting how content gets made, how brands get built, and how careers get launched. Inside Elite Podcast Studio you will receive hands-on training with AI tools for scripting, ideation, editing, content repurposing, and audience growth. You will learn to use AI to move faster, create more, and produce work that used to take a full team.

What You Will Be Doing

You will train and work inside a live, professional studio alongside founders, executives, and creators building real brands. You are not here to observe. You are here to learn by contributing. Under mentorship and guidance, you will shoot video and photos for social media, assist with podcast and video production, support studio setup, lighting, and audio, participate in content creation and strategy, work in live recording environments, edit and post content across platforms, and engage with high-level clients and creators in real time.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need to be a polished content creator yet. That is what this program is for. What you do need is hunger, coachability, and the willingness to get on camera, get your hands dirty, and learn fast. Maybe you have been posting on social media and want to take it to a professional level. Maybe you have barely started but you know this is where the world is going and you refuse to graduate without these skills.

Both of those students belong here.

What we cannot teach is drive. You show up with energy and intention. You are curious about AI and eager to master it. You are professional, you are reliable, and you do not need to be told twice. You are looking for a room worth being in, and you are ready to earn your place in it.

You must live in the greater Tampa Bay area. This is fully in-person and on-site at our Odessa, FL studio.
