  • Graphic Design
    :
    Assist in creating high-quality visual content for various mediums, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, digital signage, and web assets.
  • Brand Development
    :
    Help ensure brand consistency across all materials by adhering to Seminole Dining's visual identity guidelines.
  • Campaign Support
    :
    Collaborate with the Media Coordinator to design marketing materials that support campus campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Content Ideation
    :
    Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and strategies to engage the student body.
  • Production Assistance
    :
    Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
  • Photography and Editing
    :
    Assist in editing and curating images for marketing collateral, as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks
    :
    Organize and maintain a digital library of creative assets, including templates, images, and design elements.

Qualifications Qualifications
  • Enrollment
    :
    Must be a current student, preferably in a field related to graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or communications.
  • Technical Skills
    :
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
  • Design Knowledge
    :
    Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Communication
    :
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
  • Time Management
    :
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Creativity
    : A portfolio showcasing original design work (can include academic, personal, or professional projects).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Knowledge of photography and image editing techniques.
  • Interest in sustainability or campus dining services is a plus.
  • Flexible hours that accommodate your class schedule.
  • Real-world experience with a nationally recognized dining program.
  • Opportunity to develop a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Mentorship from the Print and Digital Media Coordinator and exposure to collaborative projects.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
