Description
TMRW Sports is seeking a Coordinator, Broadcast - Golf to support the production and execution of TGL and WTGL broadcasts. Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, this role is designed for an early-career broadcast professional who has gained experience in live sports production and is looking for meaningful ownership, mentorship, and a clear path for growth.
The Broadcast Coordinator will play a key role in broadcast planning, show preparation, research, content development, and production operations, helping bring live broadcasts and original programming to life. This individual will own critical production workflows, support talent and production teams, assist with content creation and broadcast enhancements, and contribute to the development of new programming concepts across the TMRW Sports portfolio.
During live broadcasts, the Broadcast Coordinator will also support and coordinate designated live show elements, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with the production team. Following broadcasts, this role will assist with editing, packaging, and distributing content across internal and external platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Unlike many entry-level broadcast positions, this role offers direct exposure to senior production leadership, the opportunity to learn multiple facets of sports broadcasting, and a fast-tracked development path toward producing TGL and WTGL broadcasts, as well as original digital content and emerging media extensions across the TMRW Sports ecosystem. The ideal candidate is highly organized, naturally curious, eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in sports television and content production.
Responsibilities:- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of TGL and WTGL broadcasts
- Own and maintain broadcast formats, rundowns, and production documentation
- Conduct research and develop materials to support talent, producers, and on-air storytelling
- Coordinate the creation, organization, and delivery of broadcast assets, including clips, highlights, graphics, and presentations
- Partner with production, editorial, replay, and graphics teams to support live broadcasts and content initiatives
- Assist with quality control of broadcast elements, including AR and other on-air enhancements
- Support the development of original content, digital programming, and new show concepts
- Grow into expanded production responsibilities with a long‑term pathway toward producing broadcasts and original content
- 2+ years of experience in live sports production, broadcast operations, or television production
- Experience with a major sports broadcaster, production company, professional sports league, Olympic production, World Cup production, or similar large-scale live event environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed production documents and schedules
- Experience conducting research and supporting producers, talent, or editorial teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in sports broadcasting and live event production
- Knowledge of golf
- Exposure to graphics, replay, tape, editing, or other broadcast production disciplines
- Experience supporting live television or streaming productions
- Can quickly translate ideas into organized production plans and documentation
- Thrive in a collaborative live‑production environment
