Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and provide professional service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through innovative service approaches.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by listening, asking questions, resolving concerns, and suggesting additional services.
  • Estimate costs, timelines, and settle customer accounts.
  • Communicate work status to customers.
  • Coordinate repairs to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Obtain customer approval on repair orders and verify accuracy upon completion.
  • Achieve goals for add-on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered in perfect condition.
  • Identify and treat repeat and first-time customers appropriately.
  • Remind customers of upcoming appointments and maintenance.
  • Handle phone inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Review charges with customers to prevent surprises.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
